Something Google To Change

You can find some articles in Daw blog where I’m very critical about Google’s policies. I must admit however that the search engine did a lot to deliver relevant search results to its users. Another thing Google should do is to reform its blog search results.

When you go to Search Engine’s blog section and type any phrase or keyword all you get is commercial irrelevant results. Take a look at the screen shot. It shows the top listed websites on search term “web hosting” in Google Blogs.

The tops placed website has nothing to do with blogging and news. Although Google lists it under “Related Blogs” this is just another web hosting company. The only result which is relevant to both “blogging” and “web hosting” and send Google’s visitors to blog i the last one on the picture.

Some of the other websites listed below in “Blogs” search results refer to blogs, but the whole 1st page with blog content search results is irrelevant, which means that the method that Google’s algorithm uses to rank blogs is better to be revamped.
